We collect certain personal information about you – but only when that information is provided by you or is obtained by us with your authorization.

This site does not use cookies, and apart from basic traffic data, which is anonymous, we do not track information specific to any visitor to this website.

Examples of sources from which we DO collect information include:

  • Interviews and phone calls with you,
  • Letters or e-mails from you, and,
  • Dedicant questionnaires.

B. Parties to Whom We Disclose Information

Under no circumstances do we ever disclose personal information about our visitors, guests or congregants to anyone outside of our fellowship.

We do, however, publish a Coven directory of all of our dedicated and initiated members. That directory, published yearly, is distributed only among the dedicated and initiated members of The Druidcraft Fellowship and includes the following information:

  • Name (given and Pagan)
  • Birthday
  • Mailing Address
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email

C. Opt Out

Dedicated and initiated members who do not wish for their contact information to be published in the Coven directory are free to opt out at any time. All of their contact information would therefore be omitted from the directory, with the exception of their Pagan (but not given) name.

D. Confidentiality and Security of Nonpublic Personal Information

Except as otherwise described in this notice, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to members of our fellowship and other parties who must use that information to provide services and/or ministry to you. Their right to further disclose and use the information is limited by our bylaws, applicable law, and our code of conduct, which is outlined in The Druidcraft Fellowship’s Articles of Faith. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to guard your personal information from unauthorized access.
